Genesis Part 8
Today we covered Genesis 3:21 to 4:7. We started at #108 on page 15 and ended at #123 on page 17. I include our continuation of the Fourth Commandment from last week’s study.
Pastor Braden used the white board to draw an illustration for us, and I’ve attempted to recreate that for you here.

Genesis Part 7
Pastor overlapped a little from Part 6. We started at #95 on page 14 and ended at #108 on page 15.
Before our study each week we cover a part of the catechism, which I have always excluded from the MP3. Today I include it because the Fourth Commandment fits well with the Genesis study, as we are covering the fall of man into sin.

64th Regular Convention
On Sunday, July 25th our pastor gave a summarizing presentation about the 64th Regular Convention of The Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod.

Genesis Part 3
We covered Genesis 2:4-14 and pages 6 & 7 (ending at #48) in the study. As you may have noticed, we overlap just a little bit every week. We discussed how Man is different from the rest of creation because God breathed life into us (unlike the animals, for example). We talked about the trees in the Garden as well.
Due to the Synodical convention, there will not be any bible class until later in July.
